Solid Product!
I found the "Fight Like A Girl" DVD set to be a very informative and important resource for ANYONE interested in learning basic self defense and rape prevention. This series is not merely a bunch of martial arts moves put together, but it is more of a resource to guide and help, identify moments that can lead to potentially bad situations. The DVD was put together in a very systematic manner that begins with the bare essentials of their defense philosophy and gradually adds and adjusts for various encounters and situations. Very logical!

The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is my SLIGHT difference in philosophy on a few of the technical moves displayed. But let me make one thing clear (which they do a fine job of pointing out on this series) NOTHING is 100% guaranteed to work. All we can do is attempt to be as prepared as possible to help prevent any kind of assault and increase anyones chance of walking away or surviving an assault. Having come from a martial arts background (over 25 years. Karate, Ninjitsu, Boxing, TKD, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, and served in the Marine Corps as a hand-to-hand instructor), I am bound to have a different take on some of the technicalities displayed (and I state this with the utmost respect and humility).

Overall, this DVD set is highly recommended for anyone interested in being proactive to help assure the well being of themselves or a loved one!

3 CD set that came with only ONE CD
I would have a much better review to write if I hadn't paid nearly 100 dollars for part 1 of a 3-part series. Attempts to contact the sellers have met with the "run around", so at this point I am searching for the other two videos to complete the set. Pathetic service for the price.
