Well-made work boots, check width though
I bought these as a gift for my specialty painter friend. He wanted workboots that were comfortable enough to stand in all day, not too heavy, cushioned his insole when he climbed ladders and walked along ledges, were leather and not too hot (he works outside in Arizona).

The boots are great. They get covered with paint every day, but clean up well, and there is good cushioning around the ankle. Like most work boots, they don't come in half sizes. The wide (E width) was not as wide as expected, but a shoemaker stretched them a bit where my friend said they were tight around his toes. And remember, my friend is a 55 year old painter who has been working outside and on his feet for over 30 years, so he is particular, and even he was really pleased with these boots. So I think many other less particular people would like them too.
