Newman's Own Organics Pop's Corn Light Butter Flavored microwave popcorn features organic corn and organic palm oil. Consumers concerned about fat consumption will appreciate that no partially hydrogenated oils or trans fatty acids are used -- and it contains half the total fat per serving of Newman's Own Pop's Corn regular popcorn. Organic palm fruit oil is not hydrogenated, contains no trans fatty acids, is lower in saturated fat than butter, and has no cholesterol.

Newman's Own Organic Pop's Corn is terrific on its own, but feel free to add your own favorite ingredients, from sour cream and onion to Cajun spice, to cinnamon and sugar. About the Brand
Newman's Own is a food company that was founded by Paul Newman in 1982. The company makes all-natural salad dressing, pasta sauce, salsa, lemonade and steak sauce.

Newman's Own Organics was founded in 1993 by Paul Newman's daughter, Nell Newman, as a division of Newman's Own. It became a separate company in late 2001. Their motto is "Great Tasting Food That Happens to Be Organic." Their products include organic pretzels, cookies, popcorn, chocolate bars, peppermint cups, peanut butter cups, olive oil and vinegar, dried fruit, fair trade coffee and pet food. GREAT STUFF!
Beats competitive brands I've tried for "Natural butter" taste (not too heavy) and unpopped kernals are non-existant if I microwave just a little longer (10 - 15 seconds) than the pre-set program.

Excellent Popcorn and Healthy Too
I've been eating this popcorn for years. It is always cruchy and consistently excellent. I highly recommend it.

Not impressed
Last summer Amazon carried another organic brand that was superior to this one. Although Belle (commenter) doesn't agree, it is bland tasting and chewy. Maybe I just got a bad case, but I won't be buyng this again.I do love other Newman organic products, just not this one.
