Its working!
I have been on this diet for about a month. I have lost 12 pounds. I am not starving like I used to be when I was eating what I wanted. I have not had blood sugar swings. I did have a head ache for about the first week, but I feel better now than ever. My joints do not hurt as much. I have no gastrointestinal distress, and my thin hair is getting thicker. I can see the new hairs growing. It is easy to follow, nothing to count. Try it!

This is a fantastic book! I have purchased 5 so far and given them to people who see such a difference in me! I am down 29 pounds in about 3 months. I lost a pound a day on phase 1. After that first 2 weeks I am loosing about 2-3 pounds per week.I have lost 3 sizes. My blood pressure has dropped and my energy level is great. I am never hungry. I do follow the diet exactly and have not added any grain and very limited fruit. It just makes sense to eat what makes you feel better. This is a new way of life for me. Thank you Dr. Gundry!

Very simple to follow, very compelling evidence of how poor nutrition feeds otherwise healthy sleeping genes. Dr. Gundry paints a picture in a way that on nearly every page you read it there is an aha moment! I have read the book three times just to nail down the principles of the book, each time I read it I think more people I am going to share the book with, if they don't read it at least I can say I tried. My skin tone and smoothness has changed dramatically. Amazing we just do not think about or realize the sugar based foods we eat every day. Rather we did but ignored it becasue it taste so good. Now I know why!
