Customer Reviews
Easy and informative source
This book is fabulous. It presents an easy to use, wide ranging amount of information, and presents it in a way that makes you excited to cook and eat all these good things! With recipes, information of good vitamin sources etc, it has remained one of my most important nutritional reference books for years.
For the beginners
Simple, alphabetized list of foods, illnesses and remedies. Not very detailed, but rather like a pocket-book reference point.
a valuable resource
This has been a book that I can always depend on when I need a reference. The information is similiar to that I have received from nurses and doctors. It is just so handy to have it right at my fingertips. Several of my friends have asked to borrow this book, and I'm always apprehensive until it is returned to me.
