With recipes, information of good vitamin sources etc, it has remained one of my most important nutritional reference books for years.

Simple, alphabetized list of foods, illnesses and remedies. Not very detailed, but rather like a pocket-book reference point.

This has been a book that I can always depend on when I need a reference. The information is similiar to that I have received from nurses and doctors.
