Not the endangered species
The longfin mako shark is an endangered species that cannot be caught or sold in the United States. The shortfin mako is listed as "vulnerable" but is not endangered and can be legally caught and sold.

Shame on Amazon
Amazon should not even allow this company to sell anything on their site. regardless if some shark is legal to catch the fact that long line fishing doesn't discriminate means all sharks and other sea animals are in danger. Shark finning is barbaric and will destroy the ocean's ecosystem, which will cause irrepairable damage to the whole earth. Boycott anyone who sells shark (or whale) products.

Please DO NOT buy this!
Mako sharks are endangered, and, like most species of shark, hunted out of fear in addition to food. Amazon should stop selling this product immediately, and I ask all of you not to buy endangered mako shark meat.
