Sixteen mixed martial artists, who have all fought and lost in the UFC, get a chance to put their careers back on track. The winners will receive $100,000 and a shot at the World Championship in the Welterweight and Middleweight divisions.

The fighters will live together in a house for five weeks. They will be divided into two teams, chosen by a random draw. They will train together as a team with legendary fighters and trainers including: Randy "The Natural" Couture, Geroges "Rush" St. Pierre, Chuck Liddell, Rich Franklin, Matt Hughes, Mark DellaGrotte, and Marc Laimon.

TUF Season 4
I would thoroughly recommend this dvd, whether you have seen the previous seasons or not this is a must see. I probably would have liked to see more of when the fighters are in the house just to see what personalities they possess(if any?). I found that they(editors) focused on just a couple of the fighters and as in previous seasons neglected others. Overall though I cant wait to get season 5 should it become available to Region 4 (Australia) customers.

The comeback
This season definitely has the most humor. With all of Shoonie Carters wacky behavior to one of the fighters jumping the wall, this season is sure to entertain. If you love or can't stand Serra from season 6, then check him out as a fighter in season 4.

good viewing
I love the UFC becasue it's close as hell to real combat. This show gives people a glance into the training required to be a really good fighter. You get pointers from the greatest fighters in UFC history so all and all it's worth watching to improve your fighting style.
