Nineteen Eighty-FourNineteen Eighty-Four by George Orwell
Buy new: $10.37 / Used from: $3.80
In my opinion the best novel in this genre...hands down.
We (Modern Library Classics)We (Modern Library Classics) by Yevgeny Zamyatin
Buy new: $10.04 / Used from: $6.65
Zamyatin was the pioneer of this genre. This novel pre-dated all other relevant dystopian novelists and the reader can easily see how it influenced 1984 and Brave New World. The only negative is that most of us are reading a translation as it was written in Russian.

Buy new: $11.55 / Used from: $4.30

Fahrenheit 451Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury
Buy new: $6.99 / Used from: $0.01

Buy new: $10.55 / Used from: $8.21
