From the Manufacturer
Deep in the Blasted Lands, the Dark Portal has opened. Intrepid adventures have journeyed from across Azeroth to explore the strange broken realms of Outland that lie beyond the portal. Yet, Outland holds both ancient enemies and a grave threat to Alliance and Horde alike. Deep in the Black Temple, Illidan Stormrage himself plots a triumphant return. You are not prepared The Burning Crusade is the second expansion for World of War craft: The Board Game. It Includes: Outland: An entirely new game board that expands the game experience with new quests, rewards, and adventure. New Character Races: The Draenei Shaman and Blood Elf Paladin stand ready to travel across your tabletop. Higher Level Cap: Characters can now achieve level 6, complete with new powers and talents. New Creatures: nine new creature types are added to Lordaeron and outland, as well as new creature difficulty level (purple) for both new and existing creatures. Dungeons: Characters may now explore Outland's and Lordaeron's most dangerous dungeons, including the Scarlet Monestary, Strtholme, Coilfang Reservoir, and even the dreaded Black Temple. New Overlords: Four new Overlords are included. The Outland Overlords await heroes who delve too deep into that realm's dangerous dungeons, while the Overlord Ragnaros will challenge players whom wish to stay in the relative safety of Lordaeron. And much, much more.

Great Add-on5
A much better add-on than the first one. This adds level 6 for all characters, allows the Paladin to be Horde (Blood-Elf) and the Shaman to be Alliance (Drenai [sp?]) You get a whole new level of creatures (purple > red > green), a whole new deck of treasure cards (higher than any previously published), a whole new map (Outland), a whole new level of quests for each side, and four new overlords to take-on. In all, you practically double the size of the current game - well worth the price tag in my book. Unlike the original game which only takes up a small portion of the WoW game map, the expansion provides the entire lands of Outland, so the game gets significantly bigger. What this translates to (for those who have played the original game) is a much longer game. The time required to play the game nearly doubles - turning a good 6-player game into a whole-day affair. If you like the original, however, pick up this add on.
