Editorial Reviews
Review
In a round-up of exercise card decks, reviewer Aviva Franz "preferred this set because it offers three 30-minute workouts of different intensities, 'so you could make it more challenging if you need to.' Photos show each simple stretch or strength move." -- New York Times, Exercising With a Full Deck: Gear Test with Eric Franz, ex-bodybuilder and family, December 21, 2006

Customer Reviews
okay, but expected more
These cards look very nice, but if I had shopped for them in person, I probably would have put them back on the shelf. The packaging is great, but I found Jorge Cruise's workout cards easier to use with more user friendly photos of the moves to be done. The lanyard is a nice touch, but would have been more useful if the cards had a hole in the top center rather than in the corner as far as readability while working out. I'll use them, but I just expected more from the purchase.
The ultimate solution
I can say that I've been using card set for the last several weeks and it is the perfect solution to us mom's who are always on the run. I would highly recommend this book. It is simple and easy to do!
What a great idea!
Fitness in a box. As a frequent traveler, this is a great idea. Sometimes I need just a little direction when a gym isn't handy, or when I want to stay on track.
