Customer Reviews

Promises things it doesn't deliver3
The main reason I bought the book was the promise of Excel worksheets for B&B business that are suppose to be available on the author's website. They are NOT on the website, which hasn't been updated since 2007, and the "contact us" link is broken...THE most serious failure of any web site! In other words, the author stopped putting any effort into this immediately after the book was published.

A must read for aspiring innkeepers5
Jan Stankus' book, How to Open and Operate a Bed and Breakfast, was the most valuable of all we have read before opening The Sanctuary B&B in Mossyrock, Washington. She has done her homework thoroughly, and made the monumental task of getting up and running easier.
