In conjuction with the 24-70mm f/2.8, this is the best lens I have. Sharp, versatile and a joy to use.

Wanna reach out and photograph that bird or elk in the distance ? This lens is very sharp and will definitely turn heads when you slide it out to 400mm. Its best about f/7.1 - f/8 to get your subject in sharp focus with nice blurred background. Its a heavy lens but worth every ounce.

100mm macro lens is just as sharp as my L lenses. Tripod & manual focus makes this lens work real magic. Macro flash is also recomended.

The best Canon flash on the market and I use this as the master or with an STE2 transmitter & 430EX (as slave) to give me great flexability.

I have the Manfrotto 468GMRC2 Hydrostatic ballhead but it didn't pop on my selection screen. Its a great ballhead and will easily hold & maneuver long & heavy lenses.

I love my 24" IMAC, its fast, beautiful, fast and easy. Did I mention fast ? I have lots of Photo software loaded and process tons of large CR2 & Tif files. I did buy a different mouse but this machine is a pure joy to work on after many years frustrated with Windoze PCs, I am happy I finally switched over. The 24" screen is pure joy :)

Spyder2 Color Calibrator - I calibrate every 2-3 weeks and every photographer should be using color calibration. It really does make a huge difference. It is also the best way to print what you see on your monitor if you print your own photos.

I mostly use this with my Corel Painter program and it does a great job for drawing & using brush strokes. The pen is pressure sensitive and comfortable to use.
