The Liver Cleasing Diet
Thanks to this incredible book, I turned my liver toxins reading from quite dangerous to perfect within 2 months. And I have lost over 10 kilos as an added bonus. The food is excellent and the information is easy to read and understand, this lady knows exactly what she is talking about. I am happy to stay on this diet because the recipes are so tasty and fulfilling. I just love the banana walnut muffins for lunch every day. If you want a healthier liver and to lose weight this book is for you. I am so impressed with it, I bought a few more for my family members.

Good Information
I had this book before and lost it. This has a lot of good information and some unusual but good recipes. I use the LSA recipes all the time and have recommended it to friends.

This book is not about some gimmicky diet to just lose weight - it's really about getting healthy and making decisions with your liver in mind. There is lots of nutritional information that explains why some foods are healing for the liver and how this ultimately helps the body to reach ones ideal weight. The book is a fast read and yet it is packed with good information.
