Dr. Bingkun Hu is a medical Qigong master and Qigong therapist. He has been practicing Qigong for over 50 years and is a disciple of Grandmaster Yang, Mei-jun. Dr. Hu combines a background in Traditional Chinese Medicine with a Ph.D. in Western psychology to bring the essence of both the Taoist and Buddhist Qigong to the West. In 2001, he was awarded Outstanding people of the 21st Century in honor of his contribution to medical Qigong. Dr. Hu holds many workshops each year and also has a private practice in Berkeley, California.

I am way more flexible after a few months with this DVD
This DVD has really helped me gain a lot of flexibility that long hours at the computer had not helped with. My massage therapist comments that I am now extraordinarily flexible. I use the first six standing QiGongs daily, and sometimes do the sitting ones, am still learning the final walking ones. Dr. Hu is a pleasure to watch. I found it easy to learn this from a DVD, often repeating one segment a bunch of times till I got it.

To repeat, this is a wonderful qigong practice
This DVD definitely offers the real stuff. Master Hu's approach to Wild Goose QiGong is somewhat gentler and softer than some other teachers' practice of the Wild goose forms, and word has it from a friend who attended one of his seminars that Hu relies on standing meditation practice (Yi Chuan) to supply much of the internal power which is channeled and refined in forms like this. But there is no mistaking the man's skill and focus.
Excellent guidance by a reknowned master
These are really wonderful exercises! I highly recommend this DVD. I've taken classes from his students and found this style to be very healing and vitalizing.
