Product Description

Wild Goose Qigong VII stretches the spine and opens the Governing Vessel. It uses the deceptively simple Chinese figure eight movement to relax the entire waist and hips (GB-30 acu-point). Together with the Bagua steps and the whole body dipping down movements, this Qigong opens up the crown and the bottom of our feet (K-1 acu-point). At the same time, it effectively trains body coordination, relaxation, and sensory-motor awareness. Wild Goose VII is well know for its many health benifits: * Alleviating lower back pain and shoulder pain * Relieves stiff neck and knee problems * Trains body coodination increasing awareness Great for increasing flexibility and learning to feel Chi moving in the hips and waist part of the body. Helps Yoga practice as well! International purchase available directly from the threegeese and customflix websites.

Customer Reviews

Very detailed and helpful practice for back healing5
I found the back stretching exercise to be trickier than it looks like at first. It is very subtle movement and the detailed explanation really helped. You don't just twist back and forth the way you think you would naturally, it is more of a reverse bending of the knees with twist and takes some getting use to. But it feels great once you get the hang of it.

2 minutes of practice explained in a 50 minutes video1
I am very disappointed with this video. The length of the practice provided in this DVD is less than 2 minutes. In the rest of the 48 minutes he explains how to do the easy movements. Who needs such lengthy explanation. I was expecting to have 50 minutes of practice and the explanations to be provided along the practice. I certainly do not recommend buying this product.
