Over the years I have bought several copies of Think and Grow Rich but this particular edition which contains the original unabridged version and revised for the new millenium is perhaps the best and my personal favorite.

The best motivational book in American history!
This is an updated version of the motivational book that has sold all over the world. You can not go wrong purchasing this book. Even if you absorb only 1/3 the contents, you will receive a return on your investment many times over. The author was the inspiration for all of today's motivational guru's like Norman Vincent Peale and Tony Robbins. 5 stars !

Not enough diversity in this edition.
While the tools and keys in the book are without comparison, the 21st Century Updated Edition misses the mark because is it lacking in diversity. Persons of color are briefly mentioned but where are the stories of their successes? This is very disappointing considering the fact that the idea of this new edition was to make it relevant for the contemporary, present-day reader. Sadly, in the chapter on leadership, the first name on the list of examples of bad or poor leaders is a person of color (Idi Amin) and there are more persons of color listed in this category than any other part of the book. With a little extra effort (something that Napoleon Hill stressed as a benchmark for success), persons of color such as Madame C. J. Walker, Berry Gordy, Vera Wang, Oprah Winfrey, Ervin "Magic" Johnson and Lakshmi Mittal, to name a few, would have been great examples of wealth and success, and would have provided readers with a more well-rounded experience of what it really means to Think and Grow Rich.
