At the heart of the Phaser 6110MFP is a small business-ready color laser printer – with print speeds of 17 ppm (letter) / 16 ppm (A4) black-and-white and 4 ppm color. First-page-out-times run as fast as 14 seconds for black-and-white documents, and as fast as 26 seconds for color documents limit the amount of time you spend waiting for your documents to print.

The Phaser 6110MFP delivers the features and performance many small businesses, home and remote offices need--many of whom will be purchasing and deploying a color laser copier for the first time. Individual or multiple users will be able to take advantage of copy speeds up to 17 ppm (letter) / 16 ppm (A4) black-and-white and 4 ppm color, and first-copy-out-times run as fast as 14 seconds for black-and-white documents and 26 seconds for color documents.

The Phaser 6110MFP delivers high quality scanning with multiple settings up to 4800 x 4800 dpi enhanced resolution--allowing you to cease using a separate stand-alone scanner. The 50-sheet ADF eases the process of scanning multi-page documents by automating the scanning of each page. TWAIN and WIA drivers are delivered with each Phaser 6110MFP, ensuring you can easily integrate these scan capabilities into your applications.

At just 18.3 in. wide, 16.8 in. deep and 19.1 in. high--the Phaser 6110MFP has one of the smallest footprints in its class and is a great option for space-constrained office environments. At 45.2 lbs., it is also one of the lightest MFPs in its class. This adds up to make the Phaser 6110MFP easily deployable onto a desktop for an individual user or onto a tabletop as a shared printer for multiple users.

Being small office ready isn’t just about having a small, lightweight form-factor--other factors include noise-levels generated and how supplies are accessed and replaced. The Phaser 6110MFP generates less than 5.6(B) LWA when printing and less than 3.4(B) LWA when in standby mode--among the lowest noise levels in its class. The commonly replaced consumables of the Phaser 6110MFP--including toner cartridges, imaging unit, waste toner container and paper--are accessed via the front of the printer, making supplies easy to replace without needing to move the printer.

The Phaser 6110MFP includes standard USB 2.0 and 10/100 BaseTX Ethernet connectivity for network printing and scanning. Good unit for the price
It's a nice unit that brings color laser features to a small office, WITH scanning and copying. It's not meant for high volume, but it does what its supposed to do well.

This unit doesn't even have a fax, so I don't know what the other reviewer is referring to. The 6110MPF/X unit offers faxing, but its $100 more as well.

The worst ever...
I've seen xerox phaser laser color series used at kinkos before. I also see technicians fixing them at kinkos also...now i know why. I bought this printer at costco because it was on sale with a big discount...now I know why. I bought this printer for my parents and they are going crazy with this piece of junk. I can't point out anything positive because there isn't any.

Here are the problems from my experience:

1. Fax prints out weird fax error reports everyday that the xerox technician don't even understand. Can't fax to certain area code.

2. major paper jams constantly

3. This printer spit out codes when there's a problem so the techincian understand and resolves the issues. The problem is...my printer has been spitting codes that the techincian don't even understand quote " These codes are not in my book so I can't help you...sorry"

4. auto document feeder jam

I wasted enough time on this piece of junk....to sum it up ....DON"T BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK.
