I use this tea for the Master Cleanser (Lemonade Diet). I don't like the flavor, because It is very bitter. But it gets the job done, and doesn't bother me at night with cramps or other abdominal pain I've experienced with other laxatives. The Chocolate version is just as bitter, you might as well get this one. Highly recommended!

A great product. Tastes mild, no bitter taste - wonderfully soothing, especially with honey. Works well without stomach cramping or that sudden urgent feeling. Have been using this off and on for years and I highly recommend it.

I've used this tea a couple times now and here are my observations:

Pros:
It WORKS ... I mean ... really works
As directed, I drink it before bed, but have no problems sleeping that night

Cons:
It doesn't taste great. I don't find it to be bitter necessarily, just not good in my opinion
I do get cramping throughout the next day - it is mostly mild, but can get very sharp


But hey, I figure it works and it's natural, so I can't complain too much!
