YOU CAN EAT THIS AS LEFTOVERS
I am usually disappointed by gf lasagne, either the noodles fall apart in the water or you cannot eat it the next day. Surprise!!! - not only do these noodles not fall apart, you don't have to precook if you don't want to - you can have leftovers - we did for two days!!!!

Finally, a lasagne noodle that cooks and tastes like the real thing. I made my first batch of lasagne without cooking the noodles but found that the noodles were too firm and chewy, so I cooked them for four minutes before making the lasagne and everything was just great. My husband loves lasagne and says that this tastes as good as any I made with the regular noodles.

Even folks who can eat gluten love it
When used properly, this is every bit as tasty as "regular" store-bought lasagna sheets. The trick is not to pre-cook. Just layer them in your tray and bake, and make sure there's plenty of sauce both below and above the sheets to they have a source of moisture. I also find it helps to cook as long as possible. Forty minutes at 350, followed by however long at 450 you find it takes to brown the cheese on top to your liking.

If I had to come up with a complaint, it'd be that these sheets made it too easy to eat lasagna too often -- I probably could've turned into the Goodyear blimp if I hadn't put myself on a brief moratorium.

My kids, who have no gluten restriction, love the lasagna I make with these noodles. And, yes, you get some broken pieces. That's what happens when you order brittle food through the mail.
