YOU HAVE TO GET IT
I have this liner in multiple colors...Its glides on very easily and smoothly. It is a soft pencil and you do not have to struggle with it. It says "flashy" but the black is basically a rich, dark black (it's not metallic or anything). Love it Love it Love it. It's worth more than what I paid. You should definitely get it if you use a pencil style liner.

Not what I was expecting
I researched waterproof liners in my attempt to find one that would actually stay on my lids for longer than a couple hours, and this is one that popped up as being pretty good, so I decided to try it.

In my honest opinion, it's NOT worth your money. It's more of a smudger than an eyeliner, because after the first line or so, it doesn't make a thin enough line; at least not for my liking. So if you like thick lines, or need a good smudger, this might be your product. I think one of its problems is that it's too soft, so if you press too hard(like if you want a dark line), it doesn't hold up well. And it is not waterproof at all. It looked ok for maybe an hour or two, but then started to fade and go all over the place--it doesn't stay where you put it.

I highly recommend going with a much cheaper liner. Through more research, I found out that the cheaper liners actually stay longer than the expensive ones. Especially if you apply it like I just recently found out how to do. Put foundation all around your eye--even where you aren't going to be applying the liner, and then powder over it(if you want to, this is optional, I believe). Apply your liner, and then lightly brush a layer of nude or translucent eyeshadow over your entire lid and everywhere you applied liner. This works because it keeps the oil from your face and the water from your eyes from just melting the liner off.
