Lasted 30 minutes
My miniature schnauzer loved the kyjen fling-it pig, and had it for 2 years before it broke. I decided to replace it with the squirrel version but it wasn't nearly as sturdy as the pig, and my dog had the tail off within half an hour. After this he wasn't interested, as it's the pull-out action that keeps his attention. I'm going back to the pig!

don't fling it, chuck it to the trash
the squirrels tail came off within a day. My dogs hate squirrels and lost no time finding out this was fake. I couldn't really ever figure out how to throw the darn thing and I had several people try. They still play with it on the floor when I tell them to 'get the squirrel' but they are typically looking outside for a real one........

Small Dog Toy
This is a wonderful gift made for SMALL dogs. I had a chuckle when the owner of a beagle/shepard mix tore the toy apart. The pictures alone justified that it was made for a small dog. If your dog is big enough to retract this toy by himself you should have done more research or looked at the picture more clearly because it's obviously not made for your medium to large dog. My Yorkie Roscoe went crazy after the squirrel's bushy little tail. I highly recommend this toy for your SMALL dogs for two reasons. #1 Your dogs will love chasing after this little critter. #2 I've seen this same toy sold in pet stores from anywhere to fifteen to twenty-five dollars. Your SMALL dogs deserve the best Christmas so consider buying this product! Fling-it Squirrel
