My friend gave me this CD for my birthday. I thought it was a joke, but my dogs go crazy for it. My lab Dee always ran scared during lightening storms, but when I play the CD, she just lays in front of the speakers, not sleeping but listening. I really beleive its taking her mind off the storm. I would recommend this to everyone.

THIS IS A WINNER! 10 OUT OF 10!
Better than expected. I own all of the "While You Are Gone" pet series (including DVD For Dogs : While You Are Gone) and my pets love everyone of them.. I must confess I love the music just as much as my dogs do, but they really love the sound effects that come in and out especially when I have to leave them for the day. Trust me, you wont be dissapointed. I must have given over a dozen away as gifts too. Keep them coming!!!

WONDERFUL! Definetly delivers what is promised in the description. I have tryed many options with my dogs; turning on the TV, the radio, but this works sooo much better. It gives you everything all in one...music, sound effects, and voices telling stories, so they feel someone is at home. A+

Cool CD
i have 4 dogs and used to put the radio on when I left them alone. I bought this over Christmas and seems to work better. The music along with the sound effects calms them down better than just the radio or TV. I am really surprised my youngest pup even likes it (she ignores everything). Good buy.
