When she gets a boo-boo from an over enthusiastic pet or during one of life's daily lessons, placing a bandage over it should make it better--especially if it's kissed first like grownup moms do it. Listen to Chou Chou's heartbeat with the heart-shaped stethoscope, give her a pacifier to quiet her down, or press her tummy to hear her giggle.
Chou Chou is dressed in a white and yellow outfit with a matching yellow cap and also comes with a small stuffed animal of her own to hold. While some doctors might claim two aspirin, we think a heaping dose of TLC is just the thing. Plus, this doll is prepared to give back as much as she gets.

My 3-year old loves it!
My 3-year-old is very nurturing and loves her babies. She went crazy for this doll! She just LOVES to hear the doll's heartbeat, and she LOVES to make the fever go away. The only thing that doesn't quite work as advertised is the boo-boo. It doesn't disappear after you've placed the bandaid over it. You actually have to hold your hand over it so that it heats up. The heat is what makes the boo-boo disappear. So, after some initial confusion, my daughter just hasn't even thought about the boo-boo. She's all about listening to the heartbeat and making the fever go away. The cheeks really do light up red when the fever is high, and you really do have to make an effort to get the baby to stop crying (not a huge effort, but from the child's perspective, she has to "work" at getting it right so the baby will stop crying). She loves it, and now has it down to a science, and she really gets a lot of satisfaction from making the baby's cries stop. Glad I bought it for her.
A Perfect Birthday Present
I recently gave this doll to my daughter on her 3rd birthday. She fell in love with it. It is light-weight and easier to carry than the Talking Baby Chou Chou. When a button, is pressed on her back she begins to cry and her cheeks begin to glow, at that time your child gets to take the baby's temperature and give it medicine. The cry sounds very realistic, yet is quiet enough not to be annoying. Once the baby has been taken care of she will giggle. Every time the baby giggles my daughter gets a big smile on her face. She also likes the "boo-boo" on her arm. The doll comes with 3 band-aids; however, she usually needs help with them. Overall a good investment for the price.
