I picked this book up after seeing the show as the Le musee des arts decoratifs in paris last September. He was such a revolutionary designer with the way he sculpted his garments. His pieces did not just dress or embellish the female form, they created a new unconventionally modern silhouette that nevertheless still amazingly maintained grace and elegance.
